The Primer Workout is for you! In the Fitness Program section you'll find an introduction program called the Primer Program with a PDF.

Im struggling with pain. What should I do?

You’re in the right place.

If you’re currently dealing with pain, start with the PRIMER Workouts in the Fitness Program section for your first two weeks. These are designed to ease you in safely and build a strong foundation.

If a specific exercise is causing discomfort, use the Exercise Library to find alternative movements that are pain-free while still delivering the same training effect.

For a deeper understanding, explore the Course Library, where you’ll find pain management courses covering anatomy, the physics of injury, and effective exercise strategies.

I already workout! Where do I go?

Welcome! There are two main sections for you to explore.

In the left menu—or the top-left drop-down on mobile—you’ll find the Studio and Gym fitness programs, both specifically designed for the needs of drummers. I recommend starting with the current program and following the progression month by month.

We also offer live workouts on Zoom, with recordings available shortly after. Every two weeks, you’ll get community accountability workouts with a muscle-specific focus to support your drumming performance.

In the Course Library, you’ll find guest courses and specialized programs for hand and foot development to help take your drumming to the next level.

What are the live workouts?

The live workout link will be emailed every two weeks to support a high-quality community experience.
